From a code on the box
to a conversation that solves.

DoubleQ connects the physical product with everything you know about it. Here’s how it works behind the scenes, and what the process looks like from day one until your product talks.

The product

Four steps. Zero apps.

01

Upload your knowledge

Manuals, PDFs, spec sheets and FAQs. You decide what the product knows and how it speaks.

02

Print a code

A unique QR code for every product, package, machine or service point. The content behind it updates without reprinting.

03

Customers scan and ask

The conversation opens instantly on their phone, in their language. Every answer cites its source, with a person on hand when needed.

04

You see everything

Which questions get asked, where the manual falls short, how many calls were saved, and which product is about to become a return.

Two sides, one scan

What the customer gets. And what you get.

Working with us

From the first call to a product that talks.

We start small, with one product line, and measure together. Any decision to expand is based on results.

1
Discovery

Understand the pain

A short conversation about your products, the questions that keep coming back to support, and what matters to you to measure. Together we choose one product line for the pilot.

2
Knowledge

Gather what you already have

Manuals, spec sheets, FAQs and support scripts. We also convert image-heavy manuals into content the system can read.

ManualsSupport scriptsFAQ
3
Setup

Define how the product talks

Tone of voice, what it may and may not answer, when to hand off to a person and to whom. We review the answers together before anything goes live.

4
Go live

The code goes out into the world

Print the codes on the package, a sticker or the product itself, with a clear call to action that invites people to scan.

5
Measure

See results and decide

At the end of the pilot you get a report: scans, issues resolved without an agent, what customers asked and where to improve. From there we decide on next steps together.

Yes. Conversations can be routed to your existing support center, warranty registration can be connected, and data can flow into your CRM. We define the type of integration together, based on your systems.

It depends on the number of products and the state of your manuals. That’s why we start with a pilot on one product line, and set the exact timeline in the discovery call.
